Discovery Phase (Scope Assessment Contract)
Following the complimentary initial consultation, you'll receive a discovery phase contract offer. These typically range between 1-4 weeks, depending on practice size. This contract marks the first step in determining the scope of our engagement.We conduct comprehensive meetings with your staff to understand current practice operations, referral volumes, insurance contract reviews, billing and claims processes, EHR system assessment, staffing resources, provider credentials, current facility set-up, etc.Upon completion of this SAC, you'll receive a high-level overview of the necessary scope of work. This document includes an estimated revenue and expense analysis, along with our servicing fees and contract timeframe if you choose to engage Imaging Innovations.
New Imaging Department or Vein Clinic Establishment
Following the Discover Phase, should you choose to engage our services for establishing a new internal imaging department or vein clinic, you will receive a comprehensive Consulting Agreement. This contract will outline a detailed project plan tailored specifically to meet the needs and goals of your medical practice.

Sonographer Education Program
